Breakfast Plan
$32 per person per breakfast morning, a choice of one breakfast dish and a standard coffee/tea or orange juice; no alcohol. Room-only is default.
Room Cancellation
Refundable: free cancellation until four days before arrival, America/Los_Angeles. Non-refundable saves 7%. Rates include synthetic taxes. Simulated prepayment only.
Service Cancellation
Restaurant changes requested two hours ahead. Wellness cancellations free until 24 hours before appointment; thereafter 50% demo fee. Surf and outdoor experiences are weather dependent; operator confirmation required.
Parking
Self-parking $35 per vehicle per night; two EV charging points, charging billed separately. No guaranteed bay without confirmation.
Pets
Dogs up to 25 kg welcome in designated Tide King and Surf Shack units; $75 per stay; maximum one dog. Service animals are accommodated without pet fees.
Accessibility
Two Tide King rooms have step-free entry, roll-in showers and 90 cm entry clearance. Accessible routes connect reception, restaurant and pool deck. Confirm individual suitability; not every accommodation is accessible.
Wifi
Complimentary throughout guest areas; access details in welcome information, no published password.
Transfers
SAN airport transfers and local taxis can be requested. Vehicle, accessibility, child-seat needs and route determine the quote. No scheduled shuttle or fixed journey time is promised.
Housekeeping
Daily room refresh 09:00–16:00. Fresh towels, extra pillows and filtered water are available on request. Evening turndown is not scheduled.
Reception
Reception is designed as a 24-hour service in this synthetic property. No real staffed contact channel is connected.
Policies
Minimum lead guest age 21. Quiet hours 22:00–08:00. Smoke-free accommodations; smoking only in marked outdoor area. Outdoor treatments may be rescheduled for weather.
